I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to everything in town, yet away from the busy "old Market". The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to assist us with local tours. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a spa center where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly luxurious.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff were fantastic, genuinely helpful and inquisitive. The room had a high standard of finish and was fantastic. The hotel provided a good tour for the temples with a great tuk tuk driver. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the Amok.

Our recent stay in a hotel was fantastic! the location was great, being close to the center of town but away from the hustle and bustle of the old Market. the room was comfy and well, maintained and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Service was top, notch , staff members were extremely accommodating and professional. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. the pool was beautiful and well cared for.
The Wi, Fi signal was weak in some parts of the hotel.

As for the hotel's cleanliness, I was very impressed. The facilities were also top notch - I especially enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Additionally, the hotel's transportation was very convenient with the complementary tuk-tuk rides to the town center.
Everything is what I need and want.

Excellent hotel, with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Free shuttle service to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The swimming pool was a great amenity to have during the hot days. The gardens were beautifully maintained, making it a lovely place to relax.
Location is a bit remote, making it difficult to explore the city on foot. The surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest.

The pool and gardens were well-kept and serene. the staff were friendly and were able to provide free calls to arrange local tours. the hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants.
The rooms were not properly cleaned and had a musty smell. the air conditioning was not working properly and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.
